It offers top quality meats that are cooked to mouthwatering perfection. Our state of the art Combination Ovens allow us to cook the meats in such a way that they maintain their moisture all through the cooking process and yet are crisp as if roasted, but are so moist and tender and full of flavour inside.
The fresh market vegetables are purchased daily from our local suppliers in Pershore.
There are always at least eight varieties to choose from, and again are cooked in the Combination Ovens which allows them to be steamed so that all the goodness is retained.
Finally we come to the all important gravy. No dinner is complete, especially a roast, without its full flavoured, dark and rich gravy. This is a secret recipe perfected at Bridges with all the meat juices and stock so that it tastes great.
